With the assistance of local masons, carpenters, and the watchful eye of NYIT Engineering Professor Dr. Sarah Meyland and students, The Rohde Foundation began plans for the development of accomodations for future Foundation guests, local families, hospital visitors, and volunteers. In addition, The Rohde Foundation, along with Engineering teams discussed the framework for the construction of an Obstetric/Gynecology Wing and a Surgical Wing at the Oworobong Clinic in order to better serve the women and families of Oworobong and the surrounding villages.

It is our hope to see the successful completion of these sizeable undertakings over the next 2 years.
